Our Services
Certavation provides aerodrome training and technical support for aerodrome operators across Australia.
Our work is focused on helping aerodrome operators understand their obligations, maintain safe facilities, and apply regulatory requirements in a way that is practical for their operating environment.
Our clients include aerodrome operators across local government, the resources sector and broader aviation industry. Recent projects have included accredited Aerodrome Reporting Officer training for two major international airports, standalone Works Safety Officer training at a military airbase, a feasibility assessment for a remote gravel ALA to support a resources operation, and technical inspections of certified aerodromes. We have also supported aerodrome operators with emergency response obligations and undertaken practical appraisals of aviation fuel facilities from an aerodrome operator’s perspective.
We provide nationally recognised ARO training in partnership with an RTO, as well as tailored non-accredited ARO training and verification of competency programs, aerodrome technical inspections, compliance reviews, operational documentation, obstacle assessments, emergency planning support and practical advice on day-to-day aerodrome operations.
Certavation is approved by CASA to deliver Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC) training, including the required General English Language Proficiency (GELP) assessment. We take pride in delivering thorough, practical training that uses real-world examples of radio calls to help participants build confidence, understand correct phraseology and apply radio procedures in operational environments.
Whether you require a thorough aerodrome technical inspection carried out in accordance with CASR Part 139 and other applicable requirements, ARO training that meets industry standards while being tailored to your operation, or operational documentation that needs reviewing or updating, Certavation can assist.
